Optional protection plans are also available: Basic Protection ($20/day, $500 deductible) or Premium Protection ($45/day, $250 deductible, covers off-road tire, wheel, and undercarriage damage) if your personal auto policy does not cover rental/off-road vehicles. No Refund: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the trip start date, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.
Host Cancellations: If Arizona Overlanders cancels your confirmed reservation, you will receive a 100% refund.
Modifications: Date changes are subject to vehicle availability and must be requested at least 72 hours before the original trip start date.
